Photoshop Composite Tutorial

I've only gone and done the most embarrassing thing...

A few people requested that I explain how I added the falling the petals into my latest self-portrait 'Rebirth of Flora', and silly old me went and made a really bad 25 minute video explaining the whole process!

It went straight in and tried to recreate the whole edit from scratch, so I made a few mistakes along the way trying to remember exactly how I did it, and I end up mumbling through half of it as i'm trying to concentrate, but hopefully you can take something from it!
